Feedback for New Trip List format

I recently tried the new "Trip Library" layout... and I have some Feedback. Unfortunately, the Feedback button on the page does NOTHING.... so I will leave my thoughts here...

 

  1. Overall, it is a nice layout. It is pleasing to the eye and fairly easy to make things out with the color coding and all that.
  2. HOWEVER, it is NOT conducive to most things that I would be on that page for. For example, at random times throughout a month, my company may want me to justify my trips. As most of my days are trips, you can imagine I have a lot of them. I typically put the ticket numbers in the description so I can come back and pair them up easily when I get asked. This only works because I have something like the last 6-ish months on my screen by default when I log in. I can search all 6-ish months by the Record Locator and copy the info back to the spreadsheet for my company.

 

This new format only loads 10 records (by default) and they do not even seem to be the 10 most recent, as it is currently configured.

 

Bottom line, if I have to click "Load more" 2-10 times to get all the required info.. it's a pain in the hind quarters. Furthermore, when I did click "Load more", it didn't even load ALL my trips... I was given the "Load more button like 3 times... and then no button... Loading a max of 40ish records. Since on average, at least 3 of my days a week is travel for the past 2-3 years (when busy), that number is a little lacking.

 

I would suggest that, if Concur continues down this path, give us the users the option to keep the old format (it really does work better) and/or have the ability to switch between as needed, perhaps by a rocker switch on the top of the list.

@jfelland Hello there. I am asking internally to see if I can find out who is in charge of the new Trip List screen. I tried the Send Feedback button as well, but nothing happened. 

 

This way I can pass on your feedback or have them fix the button so you can provide it. Unfortunately, not many of our Product teams come to this Community, so I wanted to try and make sure your feedback gets to the correct people.

I'll be honest, I am just a user of the system. I only noticed it come up and tried it out.... As far as I know, there hasn't been any communications about the update or change..... so it may just be a selected alpha phase or something.

 

So bottom line, I don't know who's in charge of it... You, as one of their community managers, probably have more in-roads than I in the company.

 

Thanks for checking and verifying it, though... I appreciate that.
