I wonder if someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I have been trying to book a bedroom for someone end of March via Concur portal and errors have occurred each time when I tried to make a booking. I have tried different hotels as I thought it might be an issue with bedroom unavailability. It never let me book anything or authorize a payment, and we had no confirmation coming on the email to say that the bedroom was booked. 3 weeks later we find out that the hotels rooms have been reserved and they charged the Amex company card for the rooms, that we didn't even knew were booked,. There was northing in the travel portal nor emails. Some glitch in the Concur system made the booking without any notifications and all I was getting is errors as below. I don't know what to do as this is not our fault and now there are charges for the hotels for nearly 1k for 3 rooms in 2 different locations. Has anyone has something similar happening. It was on the 25th March 2025.
