Error when booking rental

I just tried booking a rental car with one of my trips and kept getting an error message to contact my administrator. This happened about 5 times; via desktop version, mobile app, and when trying to book separately from my original booking. I eventually had to call it in to get added. Is there something going on aside from the pop up about exploring the new filter feature? It's yet another frustrating part of booking company travel.

@rdwarr10r if you try again, could you please screenshot the error and post it here for me? 

 

Also, if you need to book immediately, you can call your company's travel agency to get it booked. 

 

Out of curiosity, what what the city you were trying to pick up in and what car company did you try to select?

I'll see what happens when I book another trip next week. I was trying Avis in Bozeman, MT.

Actually, it's for Grand Rapid, MI Avis. I was just there a couple weeks ago, so I'm not sure what caused the issue.
