Error when booking a hotel

I was trying to book a hotel by using Concur, and an error happened. It says:

"We were unable to book your hotel due to the following error from the reservation system:

/RA- NUMBER EXCEEDS LIMIT *"

I do not quite understand the error. Can you let me know how can I fix it? Thank you!

@hongbinsun2331 from what we have internally about this, you need to deselect the Rollaway Bed option on your Travel profile. 

1. Go to Profile > Profile Settings > Travel Profile Options > Hotel Preferences
2. Deselect Rollaway bed
3. Save profile
