Error code ar-40010

We are on T2 and have started to receive the error message below when searching for flights. It doesn't happen all the time but I've had two different searches that resulted in the same message.

Atlanta to West Palm Beach

Boston to London Heathrow returning to SFO

Any help would be appreciated

@L_Arnold from what we have internally about this, it is a "time out" error. I'm trying to get a bit more clarification on it.
