This is happening when I try to "Apply Status" when fund certifying.
@eileen3909 thank you for this. This looks like something related to expenses and unfortunately, you are using our Government version of Concur, which I don't have access to. My guess, and I can't stress enough that this is only a guess, that since it says Country Code is blank I would think that there is either a field on your employee profile for Country that wasn't filled out or that somewhere in the Voucher creation process there was a country code field that needed to be filled out.
