Enterprise & National results?

Is anyone else having issues with seeing National or Enterprise in your rental car search results?

I can see them in Sabre, and thought they'd show in Concur....but they're grayed out.

I've tried multiple dates and cities.  

one 1 date in MSP came up.

my searches in FRA, LAX, DFW - yielded no result.

Thank you @Jacki_K . I just wanted to rule out the possibility that it could be related to your site's travel booking policy. I did a quick search and see we do have one similar case reported by another customer in SAP Concur Support, and I recommend having a case submitted for your issue as well. Your SAP Concur Admin should be able to help with this and if you aren't sure who that is, please reach out to your direct manager. I also want to mention that I checked your site and when I tried to pull up your profile, I didn't that one exists for you. Perhaps it's under a different name or email than what you're registered in the Community as.

Hi Jackie, 

I also had experience on my most recent implementation. Traveler reported that Hertz is not showing even if they are preferred (all rates including corp rates). When they filter it is grayed out but offline GDS shows Hertz just fine. We checked the configuration and rule class and compared to other country configuration and they are all the same and the other country configuration is working just fine. 

I did a series of test and noticed that only specific car type is not showing (intermediate) and all other car types are OK. 

It turns out is a GDS entry from TMC side that is feeding back to Concur search result. Instead of Intermediate car type as default, they excluded Intermediate car class for Hertz. 

So you may want to check with your TMC.
