Enterprise Loyalty Program

My company recently switched our preferred car rental company from Hertz to Enterprise. I am trying to add my Enterprise loyalty program to my account but its not an option under the drop down. Any solution to this?

@quiglep667 I just proxied into your profile and I see Enterprise as an option. See screenshot.

Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing please? Did you use the radio button to switch from Airlines to Car Rental vendors?
