Edit Existing Trip - Didn't Happen Yet

I reserved a car and hotel for an upcoming business trip.  Due to a slight change in plans, my predicted rental car drop-off time needs to be pushed back about 5 hours (same day, just different time).

That's it.  That's the ONLY change I need to make to the reservations I've submitted.

When I look at the trip in Concur, I see options to completely cancel hotel and/or car reservation, but I don't want either canceled.  I just need to tweak one tiny little detail on the car rental, as discussed above.

I see no options to edit just that one thing, and I hate the idea that I might need to cancel the reservation and then go through the steps to add it again.

Part of me wants to just call the rental company directly and explain the issue, figuring they can fix it on their end, which is probably all that matters.

I welcome feedback/suggestions.  Thanks in advance for any responses.

@E-Rock there are some limitations that would prevent making changes within Concur Travel. One is the GDS that your company uses. Sabre and Amadeus are supported, so if your company uses a different GDS, the option won't be there. Also, some companies restrict their users from making changes within Concur Travel. I don't know your company's set up, so my suggestion would be to call your company's travel agency. They should be able to make the update and they might be able to tell you if it is a GDS restriction or a company restriction.
