Does anyone know how to mark rental car vendors as Most Preferred or Preferred?

I have had a change in the most preferred rental car suppliers and would like to adjust their preference notation in Concur. I reached out to support, but they said they did not know how to do that currently due to changes on the travel side? Does that sound correct? I thought it should be easy to change???

@CEL22 do you have access to the Travel System Admin page? Here you would find the Manage Corporate Discounts option and can set vendors to Preferred. 

You will need the Company Discount Administrator permission and the Travel Policy Administrator permission.

Kevin, thank you again for your assistance. I worked with Concur support and they were able to assist me. It turns out that I did not have all of the administrative access that I needed!
