Date selections not showing on booking

Hello, 

 

For some reason when using the online booking page with my personal computer, I can never get a date selection no matter which browser I try using. I click show more and nothing happens on Safari or Chrome with a Java Script Void (0) displaying on Chrome. (javascript is enabled) Why is this and how do I fix it? Same thing happens on my iPhone.

@cwickware could you please recreate the issue and provide screenshots? I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to.

Hello @cwickware 

 

What I would try is the following:

Keep the browser you are using up to date.

Try with Edge browser.
Enable cookies, including third‑party cookies.
Clear cache and cookies.
Try using a private window.

 

And also for the iPhone, check whether the iOS version is compatible with SAP Concur.
It is recommended to keep both iOS and the SAP Concur app up to date.
