Corporate rates not showing in hotels list

I'm attempting to book travel for next month (March 2025) however when searching for hotels I'm not seeing corporate negotiated rates for my company (Orange). Please can you advise if there is an error on the system?

@davidsherman can you provide me with some hotel names that you saw in your search that didn't show the corporate rate, please? I can go in and see what the listed rates in the site and compare them to what you are seeing.

Hi Kevin - as far as I can tell, none of the hotels I'm looking at are showing the hotel rate (i.e. none of them are showing 'Orange negotiated rate' or similar wording) and they are either showing as 'Not available' or as more expensive than usual, pushing them above our allowed maximum rate.

Pease find below 3 hotels which I know usually show the corporate rate, with the travel dates of 18th to 20th March 2025, and I can provide the details of the search I'm using or I can send screenshots if needed.

Courtyard Paris Arcueil

Citizenm Paris Gare De Lyon Hotel

Okko Hotels Paris Gare De Lest

@davidsherman I see the Courtyard Paris Arcueil listed as 158.00.

Citizenm as 154.00

The Okko Hotel Paris Gare de L'est didn't have a rate listed.

Hi Kevin - that's very strange. As mentioned, Courtyard is showing for me as 'not available' and the cheapest Citizenm rate I'm seeing is 'CWT BUSINESS RATE' at €220. Please can you check if there is an issue with my profile, or why it could be that I'm not seeing those rate?
