Conference hotel not listed - what do I do?

I am attending a conference near Cambridge UK which is being held in a country house hotel. This hotel does not appear on your lists of hotels I can select from. It is expected that we stay there. How do I book this?

@VanessaC you can call the hotel directly. I would first get approval from your manager to do so, but if it doesn't appear in the hotel search, then you will need to call the hotel.
