Concur will not email an intinerary

Despite many attempts to have Concur email an itinerary, I never receive the emails. I've tried several VERIFIED email addresses  (different domains) and I've checked junk mail and still nothing. Is SAP having an issue with this functionality. Note that this is a new account as I started at a new company.

@judebrown could you send me a private message here in the Community providing me with your Concur username and your work email address that you believe is on your new profile? 

 

To send me a private message, click on my username, select View Profile. When my profile comes up, you will see a button that says Message. Click this to write to me privately. I'll await your reply.
