Concur never told me that my credit card number was bad

I lost two reservations because I had not updated my credit card information in Concur. I should have changed the credit card information. But Concur, nor the airlines, contacted me to tell me my credit card was declined. Yesterday, I was in the Fly Delta app making various changes to my seat selections, and this morning, it the reservation had vanished without explanation.

 

If I make a mistake, I need to know so I can fix it.

 

I wish I didn't have to use Concur.

@wagdawgwag  Did your card expire after you made the reservations? If you have an expired card, the system wouldn't let the reservation go through.
