Concur Travel not letting me book hotels anywhere with any time range.

If you are receiving"No hotels available" for every destination and date range, the issue is unlikely to be related to hotel availability alone.

I would recommend checking the following:

• Whether other users in your company can successfully search for hotels for the same dates.
• Whether the issue occurs for all destinations or only for the United Kingdom.
• Whether there are any Travel Rules or hotel policy settings that could be filtering all hotel content for your profile.
• Whether your travel configuration includes an active hotel content provider.
• Whether the issue occurs in both the web version and the mobile app.

If the issue affects all destinations and dates, please contact your company's Concur Administrator and provide:

• Your Login ID
• A screenshot of the search criteria and results page
• The date and time of the search attempt
• Confirmation of whether the issue occurs for all locations

If needed, your company's Concur Administrator can open a case with SAP Concur Support for further investigation.

@MMilne we did have a recent outage, so your issue may be related to that. Your screenshot shows you are trying to book a hotel in England, England? Not sure if that is causing the issue, but from what you show it looks like you are trying to search in the city of England. Just a thought. 🙂

It has been a couple of days now, are you now able to find hotels?
