Concur Travel Advantage Programs

Hello, I am attempting to add my Advantage Program with American Airlines to my Concur account. However, when I click "Add a Program" I am not able to select any carriers. The dropdown list doesn't populate with anything. Is there someplace else I can add that? I was able to add my Frequent Flyer program without issue.

@Hartwickm Was the frequent flyer number you added your American Airlines number? I thought the Advantage Program was your AA frequent flyer number? 

Am I missing something? 🙂

Thanks @KevinD. My Frequent Flyer number is it's own separate number from my Advantage Number. The issue is that under the Advantage Programs section, when I click "Add a Program" no carriers are listed in the dropdown. So I can't add any programs to that section for some reason.

@Hartwickm okay, I looked this up internally. The Advantage programs are discounts provided to your company by vendors. These must be enabled in your Travel Configuration. Since you do not see any option to select a carrier, it means your company has not enabled any vendors for this.
