I am raising this ticket regarding an issue with adding my credit card to SAP Concur to process my visa fee for an upcoming business trip on November 3, 2026.
Issue Summary:
When attempting to add my card, the tokenization attempt fails with the following error:
"Corrective Action Merchant PCI compliance details not found"
Please note that this is a backend payment gateway/merchant configuration issue with the portal's PCI compliance data exchange rather than an issue with my personal cards (both international transactions and full credit limits are verified and active).
Kindly guide me in the process as the VISA process needs to be expedited asap.
