@suemartin flagged how? Are you not allowed to book now? Churning is when you try to reserve two flights where the times overlap. It is an Airline thing and prevents people from holding multiple seats.
Have you spoken to your company's travel agency? Look in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen. Usually the travel agency contact information is listed there.
