Change a Flight using Concur Standard

Does anyone know if you can enable the function to allow employees or company travel admin to change flights post-ticketing when on the standard platform version?  We were referred to our TMC, but they say we need to upgrade to Pro just for the one feature.  Is there a place to download a comparison doc for travel standard vs pro?

@Traveller-007 I was looking into this and found one of our knowledge base articles that says it isn't available in Standard Travel, but in looking on our Help portal, there appear to be some sort of "tools" for post ticketing changes that can be used. I'm going to try and get clarification.

@Traveller-007 I was told that post-ticketing changes on Standard Travel is only available for our Worldspan customers.
