Cancelling AA NDC fares

Where can I find documentation on cancelling AA NDC reservations via Concur? Our users are getting an error message when trying to cancel.

Cancellation Failed

This trip was attempted to be canceled, but the cancellation failed for all reservations for which status is not reported as "Canceled" (see below). Please log back in and try again or contact your system administrator.

Flight Status: Confirmed

@jbowar hello there. I looked this up and from one of our knowledge base articles from February of this year it says that one of the limitations of AA NDC fares is that they cannot be canceled using Concur Travel and that they either need to be canceled on the Airline website or the Travel Agency needs to cancel it.

Also, changes to AA NDC reservations must be handled by the travel agency.
