Hello, I have 5 direct reports. They are booking trips and I get the notification to approve, once approved we receive the confirmation, Then 24 hours later they bookings have been cancelled for lack of approval from the direct manager, How to get this fixed if I am approving everything but Concur is not recognizing it?
