Can't select a seat for Plane Flight

I can't seem to select my seat for my flight. It gives me an error message whenever I select and save a seat.

I was able to choose a seat using the Airline (United) app... outside of Concur.

Looks like the first seat I chose during booking was magically chosen and is now loading on my Concur. Not really sure how this happened but it works now.
