Hello -
A user who previously left the company was just re-hired. Presumably, their email address (which is used as the CTE Login Name), manager and all contact information will be the same as they were before.
- Can I simply reactivate their inactive account by deleting the content of the Account Termination Date and updating the Account Activation Date to their re-hire date?
- Will I need to create a new password for their initial login to the reactivated account?
- Or will a new account have to be created?
- If a new account has to be created, can the user's same email address still be used as their CTE Login Name, or will the system recognize it as a duplicate and require a unique CTE Login Name?
