Not within Concur itself. However, your travel agency might be able to set up programming that would apply to offline and online tickets. You would need to ask your TMC account manager.

@almaes Concur Travel is a booking tool only. Its main ability is to show you results and allow you to choose your options. It doesn't do any validating. 

Out of curiosity, what do you mean by "validating"?

When you purchase a ticket, you are talking about which airline officially issued the ticket and controls it in the reservation system.  You can sometimes have a different operating airline than a validating airline.  This can be common in international carriers.
