CONCUR ADMN APPROVAL

Hi Community,

I have a scenario where the TMC was unable to complete ticketing due to the below :

<<PNR NEEDS CONCUR APPROVAL>>

However, this employee is tied to a specific rule class where Travel approval is not required. Any feedback as to why the approval is being requested despite the rule class assignment?

@jlozano79 is it possible there is a travel rule that is overriding the rule class approval not required option?

If you tell me the travel rule class the user is in, I can take a look.

The Travel Rule is Lilac Denver VIP (LLA US).

@jlozano79 well, there are no rules that would override this that I can see.

Has this person been able to complete bookings previously? If so, I would suggest submitting help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into it. From what I see, this shouldn't be happening.
