I need to book my flight to Albuquerque New Mexico and I tried to but it asks for my password and I never did a password. I did not get email to reset or do a password

I am trying to book travel to Albuquerque, New Mexico as well-for the Branch Ed Summit. I have a user name and password, but the system won't let me login when I click on the Branch Ed link I received in my email.
