Happy New Year!
How can I tell if travel was booked thru Concur? It is a requirement currently, but I can't enforce it and I am trying to get these folks going the right direction in 2025 😄

@AngelPavlovic are you familiar with Cognos reporting? If so, you can use it to see the booking source of trips.
Also, you can create an audit rule that would flag all airfare, car rental and hotel expenses that do not have an associated trip reservation (meaning it was booked in Concur Travel). Then you could build a Cognos report to show all Air, Car and Hotel expenses that are flagged with the Exception code that goes with that Audit Rule.
These two things are pretty straightforward if you have some Cognos report building experience. 🙂

I don't have the skills to build my own report BUT we do have the analytical reporting so I will put in a request for that to be created.
Now I will look into creating an audit rule .Thanks so much Kevin!
