I booked myself a united flight via Concur portal and it showed 1 free check bag (se e the pic). However when I check my ticket on United app. It said
I have to pay $35/bag. Any idea what happen? And who I should talk to United customer service or Concur agent? Thanks
@insung100 definitely speak with someone at United. Concur Travel displays what is published by the airline. We won't be able to do anything about this type of issue.
