Book a flight with longer stopover in a particular city

I'm trying to book a round trip flight between SFO and TPE that stops at ICN, making a longer stopover (5 days) on the way back.
I tried multiple-City option, but the search result was terrible. How can I do it with Round-trip option?

@wanchieh were you able to get this figured out? Sometimes calling your travel agency is a good option for slightly complex bookings.

Nope, there's no solution. I did call our travel agency, but the best they could do was buying 2 separate tickets.
