Bangalore to Seattle Singapore airlines Not showing direct Flight from Singapore to Seattle

Hi,
Singapore airlines operates Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun direct flights from Singapore to Seattle.
I'm trying to book  Bengaluru to Seattle through Singapore airlines via Concur (official tool)
In Singapore airlines website I had  chosen 25th April (Friday night IST) and able to find Bengaluru to Singapore and Singapore (Sat Morning Singapore time) to Seattle flight
In Concur when i choose 25th April (Friday night IST), able to get Bengaluru to Singapore, Singapore to SFO/LAX, SFO/LAX to Seattle flight. 
This has been a challenge for last 1+ year the schedule is not updated in Concur. Other flights are at odd times and lose lot of travel hours. Please help in this regard.

@reghunath_sales I cannot provide a sure fire answer, but sometimes the travel rules your company has set up might cause things like this to happen, where you see the flight you want in the Airline website, but not in Concur Travel. 

I would recommend calling your company's travel agency to have them do the booking and see if there are rules in place that are causing the Singapore to SEA non-stop to not show.
