Hi Kevin, we recently had one of our travellers using the online booking tool receive this 'ar-40000' error as well just last week.
When I researched the error, it appears it was occurring last year and is still occurring now. As recommended, I have connected with our TMC to investigate on their side. What is most curious is we have many completed bookings on the tool with no issue; however, out of the blue, this 'ar-40000' error pops up for a user.
Is it a Concur Travel glitch or is it related to the new Evolution of Travel instance? I remain curious!
