Amtrak/Rail - Booking for a Guest

We checked with our agent product integration team and the error in Concur "rail booking for a guest is not available at this time" is not something that they may assist with.  What is Concur doing to resolve this as we can't pay offline transaction fees (3x as much) with our agent for booking guest train reservations on Amtrak that was never an issue before.

@williamba have you submitted a Help ticket to Concur Support? With an error like this, it isn't necessarily a global error and could only be happening in your site. That is why submitting a help ticket is always the way to go. It ensures SAP Concur is made aware of the issue. 

If you haven't done so, I would submit the help ticket as soon as you can.

Hi Kevin,
I submitted a ticket as you requested and all I got from Concur Support was that the guest booking is indeed not available.  We only do so many of these types of bookings but it seems a little bit unreasonable to not have a solution to this as we will now have to book offline with our agent and pay a $30 transaction fee as opposed to a $10 online booking transaction fee which for a $150 Amtrak ticket seems unreasonable.

We also require the ability to book Amtrak for guests. Amtrak is not available because the Guest Booking feature in Concur has been delayed (multiple times), and it currently takes you back to the old Concur. Concur released the updated Guest Booking feature earlier this year but pulled it the next day due to negative feedback, mostly related to payments using the feature. When I tested it the day it was live Amtrak was available, so my guess is that they will be released together. The most recent Concur Release Notes states that the update Guest Booking feature will be released in Q3. I hope it is. One of my concerns is that users will have found another way to book Amtrak and won't come back when it is finally released.
