Alleged Missing Required Field(s) in Profile

Hi All

I'm trying to book a hotel but when I get to the 'Review and Book' stage I see the error message below

Clicking on the 'Update profile' link takes me to my Personal Information but all required fields are completed and can't can't find a way out of the loop. Any suggestions gratefully received 🙂

I called the help desk. In the passport section on your profile, scroll down and either add your passport info or mark that you don't have one and save. That's the fix. It doesn't tell you that it's a required field, but it is now.

same issue but it didnt work for me

We are experiencing this issue, specifically with Sponsored Guest profiles. All required information is complete, but when saved, the emergency contact information is wiped out. We have tried the passport trick, but that does not resolve the issue.

 

We are in an endless loop and unable to support sponsored guest travelers. HELP!

We are having the same issue with one traveler in particular.   Support has had us complete the same profile fields over and over (including home and work addresses, preferred airport, passport and license expiration dates, etc.) and nothing has worked.  There is a cost to our business to book outside of the system and it would be considered non-complaint with our policy so we'd prefer not to have to do that if at all possible.
