Air Canada Seats - Unconfirmed in Sabre

Hello,

 

I’ve had a few customers recently book domestic travel within Canada via Concur and attempt to select their seats through the app. However, the seat selections have consistently—but not always—come back as unconfirmed.

 

Is this a known issue, or is there a fix you can suggest?

@fmtavar from what I read, this can happen when there are synchronization issues between the GDS and Concur Travel. It is not a bug.
