@CFriersonPF23 non-GDS hotels can be added to SAP Concur, while the user can select the hotel, it won't be booked using the tool. The TMC will see it and will need to ensure the booking is done.
If you have access to Travel System Admin you can add the hotel. If not, your TMC or Concur Support can get it added.
