Adding an airline to Concur

My company uses Concur but there's one Taiwan airline (STARLUX) is not currently available when booking travel. STARLUX has direct flights between PHX and TPE. Please let me know how I could get the airline added.

@WHan if you are not a site admin, you cannot get an airline added. I am not sure that STARLUX is available from the Global Distribution Systems. The other thing you could do is contact your company's travel agency and ask them about booking STARLUX.

Hello,

STARLUX does participate in Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport and I checked PHX to TPE and was able to see them returned in search results. If you are not able to see them in your search results, you may want to check with your administrator first to see if they have any configuration settings that may be interfering with them returning in the search.
