Adding Negotiated Hotel Rates in Concur

Hello,
Our company is just starting to use Concur for travel arrangements. We negotiate rates annually with a few local hotels, and now that we have the 2026 rates for employees staying at these properties, I’d like to ensure these customized rates are reflected in Concur for all travelers.
Could you please advise on the best way to set this up?

@shannonbailey if you have the negotiated rate codes and you have access to the Travel Admin screen Manage Corporate Discounts you can add in those rate codes. If you do not have access to this screen, I would recommend contacting your company's travel agency to get them added.
