Adding Flight Segment to Existing Travel in Concur

Is there a way to add a flight segment to an existing travel itinerary in Concur? I thought the new travel UI was supposed to have more capabilities like this but I'm not seeing it. 

The example I have is an employee who booked a one way flight but wanted to go in and add his return flight to the same itinerary. He booked a new flight in Concur but it's on a separate itinerary.

Why can't we edit existing travel?

@AmberLee you can editing existing travel, but with some caveats. Did this user try adding the return flight after the outbound flight was ticketed?

@AmberLee there is an option within Travel Admin that says "Show Add Air on Existing Itineraries". I was told this should allow someone to add air. 

Not sure if you have access to turn that setting on or not.

Is that the same as "allow post ticketing flight changes?"
