Adding Brightline as a Train Travel Option

I am requesting that Bright line Train travel be added to the trip source travel option. The Amtrak train travel although not costly has had various delays and unreliable service disruptions.

The Brightline service from Orlando FL to Miami has been very cost competitive, and from a time management view is the better option for travel.
Air travel is very costly.

Please consider adding Brightline as an option to the train travel selection

@ferael hello there. Just so you know, SAP Concur doesn't add or remove the travel options that you see. We display options that are fed over from the various global distribution systems. If Brightline isn't displaying, it is possible that it isn't part of the Global Distribution Systems or the system your company uses or that your company has a travel rule in place that doesn't allow for selecting Brightline. 

I would suggest calling your company's travel agency as they can better clarify why Brightline isn't an option.

@ferael I don't have access to that, but the best place to look is in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page. So, sign in to your SAP Concur profile and see if the Company Notes section has contact information. You might need to click Read More to expand the Company Notes.
