@ClaraM we don't have access to that information. You would either need to contact your company's travel agency or the hotels directly to ask them the negotiated rate for this conference. Many times the conference will provide a link to register for their conference and/or reserve the hotel at the negotiated rate. Have you checked the conference website or tried contacting the organizers of the conference?
