Access to real-time flight estimates

Hello Everyone,

What are the ways / process that any of you follow for a Concur Travel user to receive estimated air costs. In our current set-up the user cannot go ahead with a booking in CONCUR without an approval code. Therefore, they cannot obtain real-time air fare to update their travel request & there is a huge disparity in projected cost vs actual cost. 

Does Concur subscribe to any external API's which can be used for this purpose without one necessarily logging in to Concur? Any viable advice/support is most welcome

@josephthiresian so, are your employees not even able to start an Air search without the approval code? Users should be able to do a search on Airfare to see up-to-date fares.

Some of our customers configure their site so that when a booking is done, it automatically creates the Travel Request based off of the selections made in the booking. This ensures the Travel Request has the up-to-date fares.
