@fr01195 hello. We do not currently have a translator tool here on the Community, so if you could post your question in English, I think that will help you get a response. I tried using Google Translate, but I don't think it was very accurate.
From what I can tell, are you asking if you need a Purchase Order to invite 15 people to a meeting at a restaurant? If that is what you are asking, that would be a question only your company can answer. I recommend reaching out to your direct manager and ask them if you need this or not?
