W8 BEN

Since my vendor is not a US citizen, I had a W8 BEN form completed but when I try to upload the document as a New Vendor Supporting Document it gives me an error " file failed to upload". Can I only upload W9's as a new vendor or is there something wrong with the system that it won't upload?
