Vendor Onboarding

We are trying to solve an issue with onboarding new vendors. We regularly make onetime payments to guest artists and lecturers and need a streamlined way to collect their tax and banking forms. Does anyone know of a vendor portal type solution that payees can land on and submit their forms securely?

@wiaccino I haven't heard of SAP Concur having anything like this where a vendor can input their information and have it feed to SAP Concur. We have several apps that connect with Concur Invoice, but when looking through them, I didn't see any that provided a portal for your vendors to go to and input information.
