Travel Agency Office email address

Hi everyone.

 

I have correctly entered all the information relating to the Travel Agency Office through the Request functionality "Travel Agency Office"  but when a Request of a user is in "approved" status,  no email arrives at the address I entered. Can you tell me why?

@gioval could you take a screenshot of the entire screen where you entered the Travel Agency email address, please? I need to see what you are seeing.
