Query Studio

I am brand new to Concur, but have had exposure to Cognos in a prior life...

My first issue is that I cannot seem to connect to either Query Studio or Report Studio.  I tried following the help suggestions, to no avail.

I believe I have all rights required, Execute, Read and Traverse, but I am missing something...

Help?

you need to make sure you have the Professional Author rights within Concur and also only use IE as the reporting tools are not available in Chrome or Firefox

Can you provide a little more information on what is happening, please? Are you seeing Query and Report Studio in the Launch drop down menu or no? 

I would second what has already been said, make sure you have the correct Cognos role on your profile, use IE as your browser. 

Please let us know if you are able to access the tools trying the suggestions.
