Password not working With Concur Solutions

Hi,

apologies for the newbe question....

 

I'm a band manager trying to send an invoice.

 

My email has been verified and I can log in to the 'Community'.

 

I am unable to log in to 'Concur Solutions'.

 

I've read the forums and tried all the angles (taking me hours!!!)

When I click 'forgot password' I do not receive an email (I have checked Spam, and I am the company admin)

 

What do I do next?

Din't accept my Apple certificate. I worked out to do it through Google.

 

I've managed to sign up to SAP. It's not that!

 

I can't do the free trial as my email address was deemed 'Domain not available for a test drive.'

 

I created another email through a different server.....'Domain not available for a test drive.'

 

All I want to do is send an invoice!
