New users - email communication

Hello. We recently implemented Concur Invoice and will be sending out a communication email to our new users to introduce them to Concur. Does anyone here have a sample email they have sent out that could share with me. Thanks in advance!

Hi @amanpreetkaur1 ,

 

I don't have any sample introduction email or template. I would suggest creating your own introduction email if possible.

 

Regarding, Invoice approval, you must create your own document by taking reference of standard document as every client will have their own approval process and it may defer client to client.

Regarding mobile app, you can take a reference of standard document. In mobile app, there is no much changes required in Content, however, you can delete unwanted information such as PR/PO process if you are not using those features.

Hi @amanpreetkaur1 ,

 

If you want to send email communication to individual new user then while creating new user profile, you can fill in all the required information in employee profile and use "Save and Notify New User" option.  There is default email communication available in employee profile, however, please note that it will only appear at the time of new profile creation. This option is only available for manual profile creation and not for the imported employee profiles. 

 

You can modify the email content before notifying user. 

 

You can follow below navigations:

 

Role Required - Employee Administrator

 

1. Click on Home >> Administration (Company Admin)

2. Under User Administration (Add User)

3. Select Employee Group and User permissions and fill in the required information in employee form.

4. Update default Email communication content (if required)

5. Click on "Save and Notify New User".

Hi Pooja,

 

I am looking for an introduction email that I can send to all the employees in the company announcing that we are rolling out Concur Invoice for payable invoices. If the template includes the invoice approval process in brief and a bit about the Concur app, that would be great.
