*New User* Log In to Concur Solutions


apologies for the newbe question....


I'm a band manager trying to send an invoice.


My email has been verified and I can log in to the 'Community'.


I am unable to log in to 'Concur Solutions'.


I've read the forums and tried all the angles (taking me hours!!!)

When I click 'forgot password' I do not receive an email (I have checked Spam, and I am the company admin)


What do I do next?

@martyn_goddard the profile you created here will not get you into the website. 


When you say you are trying to send an invoice, to whom are you trying to send? 


Also, what is the company you work for? I looked up the company (band name) you have listed here on the community, but I didn't find anything.
